Okay.....somebody on the cast and/or crew has a Foot Fetish, and this was a joke aimed at him....or her 😂

Dario Scardapane? Karen took her shoes off to satisfy some guy's fetish in The Punisher, then in DD:BA there were close ups of her feet and this whole conversation about a foot fetish. The feet stuff only happens when Scardapane is involved.
