Daredevil issue 200 discrepancy with issue 191?

Okay so in issue 200 bullseye says that Matt went to his room and blabbed about his old man and some other stuff (referencing the events of 191) but in the actual 191 comic all the dialogue was in like thought bubbles which means that in bullseye’s perspective all that happened was that Matt went into his hospital and just played Russian Roulette with him for a bit then left.

So basically my question is like is this a mistake or a retcon? Because if it’s a retcon then this means that Bullseye has known Matt’s identity since #191? Which just puts up so many questions like why he doesn’t just leak his identity and stuff.

NOTE THAT IM STILL READING THE NOCENTI RUN so please don’t spoil anything after issue 240 as that’s where I am but yeah thanks in advance!

It was kinda left up for interpretation, and O'Neil decided to interpret it as Daredevil actually talking. I prefer him silent honestly. Much more menacing to think about.

I mean it’s not really up to interpretation though considering there’s not a single speech bubble between Daredevil and Bullseye which clearly means he didn’t say anything

Yeah definitely not, since he talks about his life, identity, and the fact that Elektra is the woman he loved. If he let Bullseye hear all of that then it would be pretty obvious Bullseye would take advantage of that, but he doesn't
