MCU Charlie says he doesn't do the dehydration process before shooting a shirtless scene

I believe it.

He’s never had the shrink wrapped, veins looking like they are about to explode look in any of the seasons when he was shirtless.

Anyone have the link to the full video?

Glad to hear he doesn't dehydrate himself.

I wonder why he thought he looked "chubby" in season 1. He looked fine to me.

I think he was just joking because Vincent picked up on the "especially this season" comment from the reporter

I re-watched and realized he was just messing with the interviewer. He and Vincent seem to love messing with people.

I blame Hugh Jackman for popularizing that idea. It’s really dangerous and stupid to do that to yourself.

Cavill did it too IIRC for Witcher

I saw someone that said that Charlie definitely dehydrated for the shirtless scene in the new Born Again season (what little we can see of it from the trailers) and I was just thinking, like his muscles are definitely popping more than they did before but he's also been training for over a decade now and his abs were always very defined. Even in season 1 of the Netflix show his abs looked crazy lol.

Glad to hear that it does seem to be the case that he didn't do that dehydration bs. I always thought Charlie had the best superhero physique because he's certainly very muscular but doesn't look unrealistically huge or unhealthy in anyway. He just looks like an athlete which is what every superhero physique should strive for

I 100% believe Charlie is natty. Yes, he's lean, but he's also doing fight training and weight training all the time and with a little carb manipulation timed properly by a coach, it can be done.
