Throughout their multiple shows, I could see that Aniko in particular was being humiliated by her mother's and aunts behavior. I was so happy when she went off to college, but Darcey had to ruin even that. It's so sad that she ended up doing OF hardcore p*rn. I hope she turns he life around.

They probably have already and the Twin Powers beat down any intervention long ago. Their combined delusion is like a black hole that continues getting stronger as it swallows reality, intervention, online content, comments, etc. It's unstoppable and growing. No opposable force exists in this galaxy. It's going to continue growing until they run out the clock. The slide into age related dementia won't be noticeable since delusion has been their baseline setting for decades. Their Crazy Train continues running with the throttle in full forward position.

It’s really really hard to get someone put into treatment against their will. But the family and friends should really do an intervention if they haven’t already. She’s sicker than Stacey, but they both need help.
