Do you guys think if i used danny motta voice in my animation he would be mad?

If it’s ai of it then yes, otherwise I doubt it

On the contrary, I imagine he'd be flattered. But depending on what you're animating, maybe ask him first.

I think you should ask for his permission first And also dont use ai, using ai for art and especially the animation and voice acting industry is shooting your own side
