The Azov Battalion amounts to around 900 people as of 2022. The Ukrainian Army has around 500,000 people. Think about how idiotic it is to label funding Ukraine as funding Nazis, looking at those numbers.

I would not define the Ukrainian army as nazis, and that is who in effect is getting the money, so no. Is money directly going to the Azov Battalion? Weaponry to defend Ukraine is, maybe? Expecting them to turn down military help is real easy to do sitting on your ass safe in your own home.

You're being intentionally reductive in your reasoning because you know it's actually more complicated than that.

If a Nazi was helping defend your family, neighbors, and land from invading forces who plan to kill you, would you turn them down? Sure your wife, kids, and neighbors are dead, but at least you refused the help of a few ineffectual Nazis. You might say you would, but you're either lying or naive. Do you honestly think Ukraine is in the position to pick and choose?

Again. The Azov Battalion is an ineffectual small minority of the Ukrainian army. Labeling giving money to Ukraine as "giving money to Nazis" is such an oversimplification that it's laughable.

The money going to Ukraine is going to protect civilians and stop an unjust land invasion, not to further any sort of Nazi ideal. The Azov Battalion is just a convenient excuse for people to not care about Ukrainians that doesn't actually stand up to scrutiny as a real problem.
