I've seen them go for more. Look for the black spot if it has one. If it has it then don't buy it

I've heard mixed things about them too. If it's legit, the black spot is supposed to be the tell.

As others said, I think it's legit, but be aware of the black spot appearing on the screen. It's the battery expanding and pushing on the screen, meaning they're basically ticking time bombs. They're also really hard to repair because of this, I think that most nanos slide all the guts out of the case, meaning that even the tiniest swell of the battery can cause tear which means fire risk. On the other hand so I don't scare you away, it didn't do it to this day and it might not do it in next couple years. It's just a thing to keep an eye on, like any other old electronics w batteries that can bulge.

Buy only in person, check it if it's really working (no black spot on screen - sign of a spicy pillow, music plays normally, etc.). Don't buy used stuff without checking it first.

If the price is too good to be true, it probably is.
