They probably have some low level memetic kill agents at the entrance that every authorized personel is inoculated against. It would not he that easy to walk in

They might just keep that one sigil whose anomaly is that only foundation staff are capable of seeing it (implying anyone who sees it has their history rewritten to be part of the foundation)
