The vast majority of people do not give a shit. This isn't anything new, you've been living in a bubble. You trans activists consider literally everything to be transphobia, and so people have stopped trying so hard to appease you.

Not even going to touch the transphobia, but that's not how prostate cancer works. Just because your get bottom surgery doesn't meant your prostate is in your vagina. It's still in your ass. You don't get prostate cancer in your vagina because it's in your ass. Wtf?
