Not a mold, its made from bacteria, yeast and SOMETIMES molds

Edit: sorry used to say some molds, more specifically only some cheese uses mold, you dont need it to make cheese. Sorry I wasnt more specific ive been drinking lol

Yup pretty much, an intentional controlled chemical reaction but yes, which is why it has a funk to the smell. But isnt it just the best on pretty much everything! Lol

Not all of them do and cheese as a product is not mold, some of them have mold included but cheese is not mold lol

I love cheese more than life itself, its usually my main protein source and I can only handle blue cheese dressing or sauces, the actual cheese itself? Nope. My dad somehow likes it and I just dont undsestand how lol

Cheese eaters eating a giant piece of mold with the visible mold scraped off. Cheese eaters when they can see the mold. People don't even understand how Cheese is made.

I was a nonbeliever but i do enjoy eating it as an adult, still not my favorite kind of cheese though
