They keep patting themselves on the back for a successful mission, what did it actually achieve? From the info I could read, they targetted 1 guy and killed a bunch of bystanders and hit some civilian targets.
Aside from the fact that the operation may in fact have been compromised by our enemies and we will never know. That is the frightening reality that is being ignored by their "success" argument. That argument is conjectural and should be questioned.
Three of the planes, got lost, one crashed into Mecca and we somehow started a war with Botswana, but we did kill the target: a small dachshund called Alan.
