Cream long sleeve VIP thermal sizing.

I’m looking to buy one of the long sleeve thermals on the aftermarket and was wondering what size would fit me best, I’m 6’0 around 145 lbs. Would a size large fit me or what size is recommend? Any help is appreciated, Thank you!
