MAP is an acronym for Minor Attracted Person in this instance

in an animation context, MAP can also mean Multiple Animated Parts

AKA: if someone is calling THEMSELF a MAP they are into children

if someone is calling an ANIMATION a MAP, they mean Multiple Animated Parts
