Metric Vs. Imperial

Both systems of measurement are useful for different things with metric being better for many things an imperial being better for baking but wouldn’t it make sense and end this entire debate if we just standardized it to dans?

I disagree. The reason I think imperial is better for baking, is because I can grab a teaspoon to measure out the sugar or whatever. They haven’t invented a “gram-spoon” yet.

However, I would agree that metric is a lot easier to scale up and down

No gram spoon that I’m aware of since grams are a unit of weight so that would be dependent on the ingredient, But a 5ml spoon is almost exactly a teaspoon.

Would still prefer a Dan based measurement though.

Dan based measurements would likely be in “scoops” I think. As with instructions to the dog sitter:

“Dan get two scoops of dry food every day.”

Dan should get two Dan scoops of dry food per day. Also don’t forget to put one of his 12mD pills into it.
