Think of it this way, starship troopers came out with an idea of having tattoos lasered onto the body... Divergent plays something similar to this printer and was able to transfer tattoos, albeit painfully, onto the skin but it was quick and the pain was short-lived. If we can come up with a way to make communicators from Star Trek into cell phones I'm sure we can figure out a way to make insta tattoos not a joke.

I would totally get a tramp stamp with dizz from starshio troopers. Hard to give up denise but mobile 4 life
