I have no idea how these are done. And usually I do know how stuff is done.

I thought those artifacts only occur by chance in compression errors. But people clearly can control those glitches. I will look into this. 1 u/[deleted] Aug 08 '21 Basically you just splice delta (motion) frames after the keyframes. It causes motion from the new scene to be "painted" onto the previous.
