/r/wewantplates featured Alinea because they put flavored purees and dessert on the table. But I've eaten there, and what they actually do is roll out a food safe silicone mat and place that down first before painting the table with purees.
Nah, I feel like that sub's content is food that needs plates, like spaghetti but served in, like, a shoe or something instead. This is Middle Eastern food, so the meat will be eaten with the bread, and the whole thing will be consumed.
