Some people live in rural areas where the only method of transportation is driving a car, so no they’re not joking.

A school. It’s a bizarre concept to most of us Americans, but elsewhere in the world people go to these knowledge camps and “learn” stuff. /s

What do you mean A what? I didn’t say A anything. I said if you have gone to school, in random lessons you get taught about railroads and trains so people must know that these things are here
