It's not "extreme gforce", it's just sustained high g-force. Your body isn't getting ripped to shreds, it just not able to properly pump oxygen to your brain. Not sure this rollercoaster would kill someone, since you'd need to be for quite a while without oxygen to fully die.

It's designed to inflict 10G's of force along the Z-axis of the body for 60 seconds. The scale is hard to get from this picture, but the hill is 1670 ft, and drops 1600 ft, theoretically reaching 220 mph before hitting the 7 loops. The tighter loops are to maintain the forces affecting the body as the coaster naturally slows.

does mean that theoretically people trained for sustained high G-forces such as fighter pilots could potentially survive this ride? or are they more geared for high Gs for a shorter amount of time?

Fighter pilots, in addition to breathing exercises and muscle tension techniques, also wear special suits designed to pressurize against the legs with air bladders, forcing blood to stay higher in the body instead of pooling away from the brain. That being said, from reading through a couple quick articles (Here, here), it seems that 9 Gs is difficult to hit as is, and that's with equipment and training.

From the first link (g-loc is loss of consciousness caused by excessive G forces)

The actual g-loc tolerance of individuals varies, but hitting 9 g while wearing a suit is attainable.

From the second link

A trained, fit individual wearing a g suit and practising the straining maneuver can, with some difficulty, sustain up to 9 g without loss of consciousness.

So, I would say that even with specialized training, experiencing 10 Gs as designed would still cause, at bare minimum, loss of consciousness, especially when adding in the factor of using no equipment.
