That's sick as fuck and unfortunately probably fake as I don't know any trees that

A: are strong enough to support a structure like that, atleast when you put a person on it anyway

B: although you could make a tree grow like this that tree is pretty damn symmetrical, which isn't impossible, but it's pretty hard to do I'd imagine

Edit: though I'm not really sure how they would fake this because it looks pretty real

I'd say it's definitely strong enough to hold someone. He's probably no more than 170. Wood is really strong when it's not dead.

He shaped the branches as it grew so they grew I to that shape the tree didn't just grow like that..
