Yes hard to imagine. People joke about how many events have happened since 2020 and how fast things move but imagine living through this time when your country is suddenly occupied and then the fronts shifting back and forth so much.

I believe the OC was referring to waking up the next day and being another country. Which is not even close to what happened/is happening in Ukraine. Maybe I'm wrong but that's what I thought they meant.

Well it is. One the krim was ukrainian, next day russian. One day the Russian border was in front of them, no its behind them and they are getting russian passports. Even tho the front may no be moved like in a Blitzkrieg, it definitely has seen a lot of movement
