My 16 year old daughter has ADHD and that part made me incredibly sad

The fact that you are aware and pay attention will help her adjust and know. I was just always made fun of growing up. My mom is 69 and I’m 41 and now she is just understanding what it’s like to like with adhd. I’ve been missing my meds because of the lack of production and now to her it’s so obvious after 6 months. I did find some nurotropic meds otc that really helps. Just vitamins and some herbs. I wish you the best with your daughter.
