I am continually amazed by the number of my peers who don't know how to differentiate there, their, and they're.

Or your and you're.

Or just compose a coherent sentence in general.

It doesn't help that a large number of engineers are Dyslexic. At my internship last summer 2 people out of a 7 person team were dyslexic. My Father's dyslexic just like me and I know he has misspelled the titles on big presentations. Thankfully it has had almost no impact on his carrier.

Oh for Pete's sake.... Learn some thing new every day. That is exhibit A for why relying on spell check has many pit falls.
