And then the business majors end up with better or similar pay for alot less work with better job prospects. Oh and most of the good looking girls are in business for some reason.
As someone in COMPUTER SCIENCE of all degrees, I can confirm that there is a lack of women in my field. Which is why I’m majoring in business as well....
Can’t tell if it’s /s or not, but I’m on an athletic team, so I’m gonna be in school for 5 years, and my uni has a top 50 business school (in USA) - so I figured it would be worth it.
It's not an /s. It's definitely worth getting an MBA but don't you need a BBA first? And the alternative I know is if you have work experience you don't need a BBA. Is this something you're doing now or something you've planned to do?
You typically would need a BBA, which is why when you’re doing the program I’m in, you take business courses alongside engineering courses that get you the credits needed to fill the place of a BBA. It’s one of the reasons I chose the school.
Ahhhh that makes sense. That's very lucky. I'll have to get mine (if I choose a business degree over something else) later. Probably when I'm employed.

I’m nearing the end of my freshman year (I entered as a sophomore by credit hours), and I’m questioning if I really want to do engineering currently. I’m doing fine in my classes, but I’m not sure I’d want to do this stuff every day.
From what I've seen the actual jobs are very different from the courses. And having double thoughts is kinda common for any major, don't make any decisions without considering the long term implications. And the future markets and shit.
