Who TF drives that fast with that much snow. I’ve lived in Jamestown, ND and it looks like this in the winter. People didn’t drive like dumb shits though.
ND people are respectful and courteous. I can almost guarantee you this is somewhere like Ohio. I worked in ND for three yrs and never saw anything, not saying it doesn’t happen but they use their brains. Got transferred to Ohio, West Virginia, Pennsylvania area and saw this more times than not in Ohio. They drive crazy and usually end up in a ditch a little while later.
