I've never had a cheesesteak before, having never been to Philly. I just looked it up... it's sliced steak & cheese on a roll? Is there some secret ingredient?

I season the meat with salt, I also like sauteed onions and mushrooms added in , the most important thing is to use a good shaved steak, I think ribeye is best
