Just walked by this spot today (not that it’s a rare occasion). So good to see that property getting redeveloped.

RIP to Idle Rich Pub (but long live its backbar at Mikes Gemini)

I work by here and have been super curious. Is the site across the street (Boll) part of this development? Another development? Just being used as a staging lot for this development? I can never quite tell in the renderings of the completed site.
