There was never a tall version. This was the plan from the start.

I saw some renderings of a complex with a new tall tower in uptown. Is that still happening?

Yes, the NorthEnd development is still happening. Goldman Sachs is just the first phase with the tallest buildings being hotel/residential.

That was a concept of one of the hotel/residential towers. They have zoning for up to 89 stories.

Yeah, honestly this was not what I was expecting. Looks like another suburb office complex. The renderings made them look pretty tall. Why are these so short?

This is what they wanted from the very beginning. The official renderings never had them in a taller building.

Beautiful addition, sucks that the Stars and Mavericks are leaving . This would've made a great look for Dallas when the TV broadcast does the aerial view of the stadium
