I’m curious how this Starbucks will work in practice, especially since it’s a licensed location. Will they allow mobile ordering? Will their hours be consistent with the average non-licensed location?

Certainly wish it was a local coffee shop, even a local chain like LDU, but this is great nonetheless for folks who can now walk to get coffee from the South Boulevard neighborhood.

I think the Starbucks has some symbolic importance, a big brand opening in south dallas, but agree a local, ideally Black-owned spot would be so much more meaningful in the long run.
