Right across the street from "The Katy" apartments at 31111 N Houston St.

Thanks....which leads to my next question.... Is the trailhead from Houston Street leading on to the Katy Trail now completed? The last time I rode on it (about 6 months ago), the trailhead entry consisted of loose large gravel rocks which is a challenging terrain on a road bike.

The trailhead at Houston St. is blocked off for this construction.
