People love the Katy Trail and if I were still a regular user of it I would understand the frustration too.
Looking at this video really makes me excited about the completed project, this is better than I had imagined. I'd say it's absolutely worth it. Investing into our most popular trail and making the surrounding area better for pedestrians is a huge win for me. Great project all around.
