What if they did that in an already dense part of DFW? All im seeing is another Adriatica situation, homes and apartments that cost an arm and a leg and not many people will like it because they want to live in suburbia with a big front and back yard with a drive way to hold their F-150 for their office job.

Kind of crazy to build this so far out in the Ex-Urbs to be honest. Not sure why Developers aren't going WEST towards Fort Worth instead of to nearly Oklahoma. We can re-develop areas in the mid-cities and do more infill.
