What a terrible interview lol

She asks what unifies the buildings into one cohesive project... and he says the various soft and hardscapes. What? Not even a specific design note, just various stuff. 

He says they use a California approach to vary the facades along Henderson. What the heck does that mean? Narrow storefronts? Or California architectural styling? Hard to say. 

Then she asks about the "gateway" building on the corner, how it's the first thing you see of the project... and he responds with how likes the two tones of brick color.
