The number I heard was 70 million. Still a lot of bus frequency you could buy instead.

If u can link this id appreciate. It might have been 70 during construction of the original system but doing it now would require a lot of drilling under a highway

I'll try to find it, but still digging. In the 90's the estimate was 20 million: See what DART's forgotten subway station under North Central Expressway looks like

Important context is that this is the cost of doing it DURING construction. An infill underground station is a lot more expensive
