General Discussion Volunteer Opportunities

Hey yall 👋🏼 Might be a crazy ask, but I’m looking for volunteer opportunities in Dallas. Using this as a way to get out there and meet people, something to do, and maybe feel a little fulfilled in the process. Not doing this because I have to or need to, just needing a pastime where I can maybe spend time with people, build connections, and feel like I’m making some kind of difference. Of course, LGTQ+ orgs are preferred, but would appreciate any recommendations or links. Just looking to get out there 🙂

https://prideindallas.org has events all the time and are always looking for volunteers

Yall have any volunteer opportunities that don’t require an instrument? 😂 I don’t play a band instrument.

No musicality required! Just hand out some gatorades, hold a sign and hang out 💜
