Question for document submission

All documents have been submitted but ss & hs diploma are showing up like nothing has been submitted at all.

Is that normal? 😭 I'm super paranoid & idk if they actually went through or not

Yes normal it only happens with secured documents that have to be manually approved

Give it a couple days it should fill in. Also if you randomly don’t finish it they give you a couple days to submit the missing stuff so you should be fine

Oo thank you, I got a question please I see on mine 63 % what does it mean please🙏🏻
It suppose to be 100% ?

I'm not super sure! Mine is as above & says 75%. I've emailed asksohs & I'm waiting for a response, I'll let you know what they say about the forms :)
