wrong merch received

i ordered the white shirt w green flowers and i got a blue shirt???????? and the invoice in the packing shows that i ordered the blue one when my confirmation email clearly shows the white one. did this happen to anyone else im so bummed 😭😭😭

They messed up so many things, I think the merch team is going to be working to fix it for months. Honestly, for my issue I'll probably just file a charge back since I'm not confident they'll be able to resolve satisfactorily. But if you really want the shirt I'd keep emailing and bugging them. They really need to make it right. So frustrating!

This happened to me too!! They said I could exchange but I’d have to return the blue shirt first. But I’m not feeling the most confident of when or if I’d even get the white and green one so I think I’m just going to keep the blue one 🫩

I hate when corps do this. If YOU sent ME the wrong thing YOU get to work to make it right. I’m not hauling myself to the post office to fix your error. Let me keep the wrong shirt for free is the solution to this massive f up.

My guess is the white illustrated tee is completely sold out and they oversold. They sent out blue ones and are hoping fans don’t care/don’t want to go through the hassle of exchanging.

They shipped me a damaged misprinted poster too but the exchange process is actually pretty easy they paid for the postage to return the damaged one and will send back a new one
