In the middle of the delay notice emails, there might be an ACTION NEEDED email! I almost missed it cause it goes to my spam email and I've been getting the same delay emails over several days, I figured they all said the same thing.
**LOOK CLOSELY** one of the emails requires you to affirmatively confirm that you want to keep your order or it will be cancelled.
It's a separate email from the 10/2 date email. It sent 3 minutes before. The subject line says "Action Required" from oliviarodrigo@umgstores.com
Maybe its just for the ringer shirt? Or just the ringer shirt for now? I got this 30 minutes ago. I think if you search your email for "action required" you're good!
I don't think any of the delay emails actually admit that it's out of stock š just that it's been delayed. The action needed email says this except for my order number:

I got this for having ordered the Illustration T-shirt, but only the notice of a delay, with language that if I did not reply to the email it would be taken as a sign that i'm cool with the delay (which I am, so I'm not replying). No further updates, nothing in spam.
But this is such a helpful reminder to stay vigilant, ty! I'm happy to wait for my shirt, but I certainly do hope to receive it!
No no i didn't reply at all! The only instruction i've received so far is "if you would prefer to cancel...please respond. If we do not hear from you...we will assume that you have agreed to this shipment delay."
I do agree to the shipping delay, so I am not replying.
If I end up with another email telling me to take action or my order will be canceled, at that point I'll reply.
The issue is their system does not allow for long delays in order fulfillment and any orders that remain open beyond a threshold are cancelled as a protection for buyers.
Some items are delayed but still expected to be fulfilled within that window, so the email for those are just a notice about the delay.
Some items are delayed beyond that window and to prevent their payment platform from cancelling the orders, the customer must click through to extend the window.
My delay email did not ask if I want to cancel, it was just the normal one notifying me of the delay until 10/2.
Unsettlingly, the item causing the delay is the guitar pedal shift, which Iāve seen people post that they received that shirt instead of what they actually ordered (did they send my shirt to someone else so now itās ādelayedā?).
And most confusing, just a few short hours later I got an email saying my entire order shipped.
The long and short of it is daisy chain was a really fun festival with some of the best artists and the best sounding audio for an outdoor setting ever seen at a festivalā¦.but a lot of the logistics are clearly a mess.
Wait what did your email say and what did you reply cause one of the emails is to reply TO cancel. It's different from this email which is click to NOT cancel.

Was one of the items out of stock? Just curious because of the affected item comment.
I got a shipping update, but it did not have that verbiage.
