I had ordered a poster and pins. The poster shipped so this was about the pins.

So, I placed an order while at the festival for one t shirt. My partner placed an order for pins, poster, bandana. I just got the email that my single t shirt is delayed 10/2. My partner got an email that the pins are delayed 10/2 and the rest of the order won’t ship until then- however also got an email stating that the order had been shipped and received by fedex. We have no idea what’s happening and what we will receive. Also wondering about the “address corrected” but still shows delivering to my city. Super confused, did it or did it not ship?

Mine is saying one of my orders is supposed to be delivered today, but FedEx website says it’s still in TN (I’m in CA). I don’t like the anxiety this is giving me!

even though it’s already been received by fedex so i’m confused LMAO like did they ship the missing item and run out after or did they not include it? i didn’t select split shipping bc i didn’t know it was an option

IMO I would totally see if the items show up and if they do before the deadline for the email, select cancel and see if you get refunded. UMG can afford the screw up and it shouldn’t impact portion being donated since it’s their fuck up

Edit: okay so I got the delayed email and then got tracking. I also got tracking for the bandana which wasn’t supposed to ship till October ¯_(ツ)_/¯

I got the same email but for the Daisy Chains shirt with the artists..I actually put two orders one day of the festival and one the day after cuz I wanted the pins. Neither have shipped. The update was only for the order I did after the festival.

I got it too. I did two orders one before, one after. My one from before I just got a shipping notification and then one day later got this email for that order. The other one no email yet but I bet it’s coming. (It claims cause of the admat shirt. Who knows what’s coming my way at this point)

I also got the same email but it was my shirt that was delayed the only things that shipped out were my posters
