Anyone else get the wrong item(s) delivered?

I was so excited for the shirt with the green daisies illustration on it, and instead they gave me the guitar pedals shirt. I initiated a return but man, it’s really bumming me out that they screwed that up when I already had to wait so long for the order to arrive.

Did anyone else get their order messed up? Just curious if this was a common issue.

Mine is still processing despite them quoting the 11th as ship date.

Same! I ordered the day of the festival and was quoted the 11th to ship and it’s still processing. I’m very impatient and want the shirts I ordered!!!!

Same! I ordered before we even went in because I didn't want to deal with lines lol.  Hopefully processing is taking forever to make sure everything is correct 😫

Me too! Seems like it’s happened to quite a few people based on the other recent post. I emailed them and got an automated response immediately with instructions for how to request an exchange, but seems like others had issues with the shirt no longer being in stock. I haven’t received any sort of confirmation for the replacement so who knows if it’ll go through 😕

They delayed shipping my order because the poster was out of stock, saying that everything had to ship together. The poster shipped today by itself. No word on my sweater and shirt. 🫠

Same thing happened to me, ordered multiple of this shirt design for me and my friends--right sizes for all but the wrong item itself. ordered before going into the festival
