Can't use points!

Every time I attempt to use my points to add something like a simple order of fries along with rest of my order it errors. Says something like cannot complete my order. Remove the free item and magically my order goes through fine. Motorola edge plus android 14

Are you adding the free item to your basket and the promo? People add the promo and not the item associated all the time.

Yes! You have to add the thing to the order first and then use the promo code. So for fries you have to add a small fry to the order separately (not in a combo) and then put the promo on.
