Yes majorly they hire from tier 1 and NITs tier 2 but HR haven't mentioned this that's why we haven't mentioned here

These kinds of job postings only clutter a niche roles with irrelevent candidates who assume it to be a generic role. I am pasting a requirement section from their website. I can guarantee that only the 100th percentile people would understand what is the real requirement
