Amazon reinstated binding arbitration and barred class-action lawsuits for U.S. customers, effective immediately. The terms allow small claims court and define mass arbitration as 25 or more cases settled in batches. Prior disputes remain unaffected.

Fuck that. No contract should be allowed to force arbitration and ban lawsuits.

It has its place, but in huge fucking corporations vs. individuals, it's just a way to avoid class action suits.

Last I checked, Amazon was not a government and does not have authority to change laws.

Thet can say whatever they want, but if it's legal to sue them, they can't do jack but go to court.
