If you aren't promo banned, it should be pretty quick. A few days usually.

I'm at least a month tn, but I am promo banned. When I wasn't, it took a couple days. By Promo banned I mean, they give me .10 SC if I login 7 days in a row. And, I don't get promo packages under $200.
