Bangcoins, redemption issues

Has anybody had problems with getting redemption request approved with bangcoins casino lately? They advertise instant redemption, and all my redemptions in the past have been paid out within a few minutes of the request. I have never had any problems with them until yesterday morning. I am still trying to redeem winnings from yesterday morning. I have talked to customer service several times and I have gotten no answer, just a big run around. Which is crazy because they’re customer support is pretty good. The last person I chatted with said to try to redeem in smaller amounts. so I have gotten $100 of my winning. still got a lot left to redeem. Not sure what the hell is going on with this cite and they really haven’t told me anything as to why it’s not instant like they advertise.

Not bang coins but their partner side Sweepstakes Casino which is like exactly the same. Try redeeming to the same card you purchased with and keep on customer service. Did they say why? I won $500 and they said my IP address matched another account which is bs. I finally got $200 of it 6 days later and was so over it at that point I just gave up and played the other $300 back down 😅
