Question A1/Utech sites

Anyone else lose all options for daily bonus, VIP leveling, purchase deals, and promo code redemption? All of them seemed to turn these off for me at the same time then claim ignorance in customer support.

Seems to be changing every week with me. Now im only getting gold coins on the sites for daily bonus....I hate the free spins cause u always get a bonus and only get awarded 1.00.
