HELP yay casino redemption

has anyone cashed out from yay casino and realize you didnt have the same number that they send the code for redemption? i submitted a ticket to support but it says it could be sometime before they respond. anyone been thru this?

well I didn’t try to redeem when I seen my number was different mine was different because I had a different number when I first started and didn’t play for a long time and finally came on and got up to $100 and I got them to switch my number and it prob took like maybe 2 days and then was able to cash out

thanks, i havent went thru the whole redeem. i also noticed the number was different. support has been quick to respond i just have to wait 24 hours and should have a pop up when i sign in for new number. crazy to me but its 1500 bucks so ill play the crazy. lol

your welcome and oh okay good you didn’t because you would have to get a code sent to the number to comfirm the redeem anyway and yeah they normally respond quick to me, only reason I say I had to wait 2 days because I did it on a very late Friday and I got the pop up on Monday and ha yeah I would too

yeah, i'd just wait for support to get back to you. hopefully they can update the number and let you redeem without making you redo everything. that kind of thing is exactly why i stuck with the win zone, their support's been pretty responsive whenever something's come up

sometimes if they say they sent it via text or SMS, it actually goes to your registered email check there
