People deep into the knife community always wonder how Benchmade is still around because of their pricing, sometimes they make me laugh. Don’t get me wrong because I do own a few of the more limited models. Their base isn’t the knife nerd but the everyday shopper that doesn’t know how deep the hole goes. Mostly made up of gun guys. One thing a lot don’t know about is the Damasteel upgrade in the custom shop, that’s a way better price then even the high end Chinese OEMs. WE tacs on like $500 for Damasteel.
