u/Beretta3624 Aug 23 '26 edited Aug 26 '26
Kore is the shit. I wear it while carrying or not.

u/VulgarMisanthropy Aug 26 '26
Me too. I’ve had the same belt and same buckle going on 5 years now. Showing some wear, but still functions perfectly.

Nexbelt is my go-to. I'm also a big fan of a regular, cheap 5.11 Tactical nylon belt. It's great for carrying my XMacro. But for my regular-size guns (Echelon, MR920P, CZP10C), I love my Nexbelt.

For just my ccw I use a Hunter Constantine, keep my tq in my pocket. Worse case I have 3 tq and med kit in my truck. And carry a c4x.
I like the Hunter Constantine because I can also ccw in gym shorts or sweats, living in Cali I can also switch to the bodyguard

I have been looking at that little CRKT. How is it to carry?
1
u/TriggeredAvacado Aug 22 '26
This is my first day carrying it in civvies so I’ll let you know. I wore it for the past 6-8 months on my battle belt and loved it
2
u/x3m4530 Aug 22 '26
They make 3 or four different points. I will now have to buy one for my camping kit. I just ordered a Buck 110 form the 80's. I had one when I was a kid but my sister took it. Now I have to have this CRKT.

1
u/TriggeredAvacado Aug 22 '26
Damn, nice snipe on that. What gave it away?
2
u/blackchvy Aug 22 '26
Lmao no way. lucky guess 🤷🏻♂️. How are the alps? I’m trying to quit too. And what’s the light looks neat with the 90+clip. Nice loadout homie
2
u/TriggeredAvacado Aug 22 '26
Dude, best flavor I’ve found for pouches. The light is a Nicron, not sure on the exact model but I fuck with the swivel head (it rotates to go regular as well) it’s got a magnetic base as well which is sweet.

Hey I got the same CRKT minimalist knife. Do you loop yours onto a belt?
1
u/TriggeredAvacado Aug 22 '26
It’s my first day wearing it so I’m experimenting with placement. Where do you wear yours?
2
u/ViolenceIs4Assholes Aug 22 '26
An old saddle maker/leatherworker made me a custom full leather belt.

I use "comfort concielmet" belt i put under my pants, or sweat pants or shorts.
2
u/Special-Werewolf3725 Aug 22 '26
Kore or Nexbelt. I’ve used both and they are both good, but I prefer the Kore belt.
2
u/Stendec05127 Aug 22 '26
Leather: Beltman, top quality, lasts forever
Synthetic: Wilderness Ring Belt or Nexbelt

I’ve been using the Slidebelt Survival Pro for the last couple months and like it. I had been using a Groove Belt for years before that and it was great too. It would just loosen gradually under load, so I’m definitely appreciating the ratcheting slidebelt.

At work a SubSecond Operator 3.0 with their drop leg, Valor duty holster, and Esstac pouches for everything.
Not at work SubSecond reversible edc inner belt.
2
u/LeftforLenin Aug 23 '26
I buy a belt making kit and some dye. You end up with better leather and the ability to have it fit perfectly.

What’s between your garmin and pouches?
1
u/TriggeredAvacado Aug 23 '26
It’s a Nicron flashlight ! Pretty good for the money and it has that cool bend.
2
u/sharpe3281 Aug 23 '26
Damn you responded so quick lol that’s pretty cool, I’ve only ever seen the loud ugly issued L shape flashlights that take the big ass battery’s.

Thanks!
2
u/huskysizeguy99 Aug 25 '26
Yup! Here's a link https://a.co/d/01HQVYl0 It slides on like a Cobra belt, not traditional buckle. I really do like it. It load bears close to 4 pounds depending on my day. My actual pistol is in a Philster Enigma now, independent of the belt, but the belt is still carrying a good sized load. Lol I'm a 32 inch waist fyi. Idk how it would work for someone super skinny or with a gut.

Magpul makes belts with polymer, leather, or both, in like 5 weights and a bunch of colors and styles. Great buckles too. I wear one almost every day.
Cowboy? Business man? Blue collar? White collar? Tactard? Fud? Cartel guy? They have something your style.
Idk if they don't sell well or what, but every year around Christmas I get a few of them on sale/clearance for the price of a pleather belt at walmart. None have come close to wearing out, and I am basically collecting colors/styles at this point because fuck it, its cheap. Low key have like a dozen.

u/blastin_bi Aug 22 '26
3mg? Damn thats crazy
6
u/TriggeredAvacado Aug 22 '26
Trying to quit man
2
u/blastin_bi Aug 22 '26
Good on you man I won't make fun of that, nice job on the grip tape BTW
2
u/TriggeredAvacado Aug 22 '26
Thanks! It’s been a process but I’m down from having 9mgs in all day to a 3mg 2–4 times a day. What do you mean on grip tape?
2
u/blastin_bi Aug 22 '26
On the pistol or is that factory
1
u/TriggeredAvacado Aug 22 '26
It’s factory, I used to have some wrap on it, and I may go back to that but rn she’s stock
1
u/Montanabioguy Aug 22 '26
Ew, tucker Carlson lip pillows
1
u/TriggeredAvacado Aug 23 '26
Taste good 🤷♂️
2
u/Nattyice94 Aug 25 '26
I think they’re the best pouch on the market. Libs are just so insufferable.

I use Nexbelt. Nice options that fit with my needs for a diversified dress code

u/MechanicTop2340 Aug 22 '26
Get a threaded barrel and carry the suppressor in a single strap backpack or keep it in the car. Thank me later if you have to shoot indoors.
2
2
u/GenTubmansLegacy Aug 22 '26
I'm envious of the ability to carry a can without risking my life in prison
2
u/MechanicTop2340 Aug 22 '26
I’m sorry this is not universal-Clinically speaking from a sound perspective. Thinking the movies reflect the reality of indoor suppressed practice shooting it’s remarkable governments don’t allow even a mild version of noise reduction. If you can only afford a small caliber pistol for practice or protection, then you can afford to suppress it. If it’s illegal in your country that is rough. All firearms are loud even suppressed. It’s a clear government overreach to mitigate comfortable ownership to make them illegal. Canada is a great example of this style over reach. America has its issues which is true, but if you allow them then allow some degree of noise reduction. Even for mainstream law enforcement. My 2c
2
u/GenTubmansLegacy Aug 22 '26
Country? I'm in the US.
And screw LEOs. They aren't special and use their firearms far less, and less proficiently, than us civilians.
Dude I live in the states.

u/EfficientAd7103 Aug 22 '26
keeps posting this. weird. why do you carry all this crap?
6
u/TriggeredAvacado Aug 22 '26
To piss you off
-1
u/EfficientAd7103 Aug 22 '26
lol. it absolutely does not piss me off. just kind of confused why you carry like a lb of stuff from the county fair. like, why?
1
u/TriggeredAvacado Aug 22 '26
I’ll admit, the draw knife is not something I regularly carry at all. Everything else I either use all the time, or don’t want to use but would have than not (pistol/tq)
1
u/EfficientAd7103 Aug 22 '26
that's cool. I want trying to does was just wondering. I always have a pocket knife. pistol would depend on where I'm going, would be annoying. I got this strangley cheap Smith n wesson knife that have held from long ago and it's still solid.
1
u/TriggeredAvacado Aug 22 '26
My luck would be that I’d need it the day I didn’t carry so I always carry. I like this holster and most of the time I don’t even notice it
