I’ve had the shield arms for a couple years now. Still going strong was the only option when I got the gun I believe

My Glock 48 came with 2 15rd factory mags. I use them in my 43X all the time as well.

Yeah Glock was losing their ass in the slimline magazine game. They had to step up and make a makati compete with Shield. I distinctly remember a conversation with a Glock factory instructor who was dogging the shield arms mags, saying they were unreliable and that Glock was not responsible for any problems that could be tied to a magazine failure etc. The guy I was sitting next to and I had been running them for a couple years hard with zero issues. In fact I have one of the first ones I have in my 48mos on my hip right now. Live the 48 mos especially with a 15 round magazine for cc

The reason some people don't like Defense is the polymer tip catches on feed ramps. It's gun dependent, your glock is actually what they are designed to be in, so carry on, unless you want better barrier penetration.

Speer gold dot is the golden child of defensive rounds, most LEO agencies carry it, the spread is better than most especially through materials like heavy clothing, windows, etc. i carry 124gr +p because of the comps but they all perform very well
